This ballet inspired fitness class uses the effective techniques of ballet in a fun relate-able way that will help lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body. Ballet exercises emphasize fluidity and control, and often involve small and targeted movements; they take out the momentum, forcing you to use your muscles completely, giving you faster results. This dance based workout will help you learn to lengthen your muscles as you develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Class will consist of warm up, stretching, instruction on proper form, strength and cardio techniques, static and across the floor combos.
