Cize is a revolutionary new dance workout created by Shaun T, the creator of Beachbody’s Insanity workout program. You’ll be learning professionally choreographed dance routines– the dance moves will be broken down step-by-step, gradually adding on till you can bust out the whole routine at the end! This is not like a typical dance class. You don’t need dance experience to take this class either! The moves are easy to learn, but you still get a great workout without feeling like you’re working out!
