A pole dance is more than spins and tricks, it’s the transitions and floor work that helps to complete a routine. In our Floor Work for Pole class we will spend time going over basic dance technique as well as exploring movement that can be used to enhance your pole performances. A new mini routine will be taught every week.
What to Wear
We recommended that students wear comfortable tight workout clothes so that body lines are visible. Heels and kneepads may be used if desired
