Beginner Level 2
Learn fun sexy routines and work on spins in this POLE ONLY dance class. Classes are each one hour long and include a short warm up with stretching, learning and practicing a routine building on skills learned in the POLE TECHNIQUES class including spins, transitions and movement around the pole, and a cool down. We teach a different dance routine every 2 weeks.
What to Wear
We recommend that students wear workout clothes that are not loose fitting (yoga pants, tank tops, etc). Heels are provided but not required. Students can bring their own heels if preferred.
