POWER YOGA

We will flow through a dynamic series of standing and seated postures in an energetic and playful sequence set to music. Class focuses on building strength in your core and upper body, and flexibility in your hamstrings, hips and back. No yoga experience is necessary – class will always be accessible to everyone with plenty of options of modify or amplify the poses.
