Turbo Kick® mixes high-energy cardio kickboxing with current music that makes you want to move! Easy-to-follow movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to maximize weight loss, improve coordination and memorization, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Punch, kick, and jab your way to a leaner body and a tighter core in this 30-minute class!
What to Wear
We recommend that students wear comfortable and breathable workout attire. Athletic shoes are HIGHLY recommended. Bring a towel and water.
